My passion is to help women solve icky movement problems like pain & how to deal with majorly stressful situations — like kids who won’t stop screaming, or a boss who won’t stop pushing.

I help women get a deeper connection to their bodies, be more comfortable in their own skin - helping them to sleep more deeply and reduce pain and discomfort, by learning to work with themselves, not against ... Integrating Mind/Body through the nervous system.
